Marc Joffe is the Director of Policy Research for the California Policy Center. He has also written studies for the Mercatus Center at George Mason University, the Reason Foundation and the Haas Institute for a Fair and Inclusive Society at UC Berkeley. Previously, he was a senior director at Moody’s Analytics.
