Trump Shuttle
This was supposed to be ''the best transportation system of any kind in the entire world.” At least that’s what Trump reportedly said he wanted to create after buying the Eastern Air Shuttle for $365 million in 1988, including 17 Boeing 727s and landing facilities in Boston, New York and Washington, D.C. Shuttle passengers were more interested in speed and convenience than Trump’s luxury touches. The airline eventually became part of US Airways.
