15) Clone Wars Animated Series (2003-2005, 2008-2013)
Two separate cartoon series represent both the franchise’s return to television and further proof that there was an appetite for more intelligent fair in the Star Wars universe -- ironically, in a cartoon. The 2008 premiere of Star Wars: The Clone Wars was the highest rated program in Cartoon Network history, with over 3 million viewers.
