Hillary Clinton to Become a Grandmother

Chelsea Clinton announced today that she’s expecting her first child later this year. She gave kudos to her mom, Hillary Clinton, who was with her at an event in New York. “I just hope that I will be as good a mom to my child and hopefully children as my mom was to me,” Chelsea Clinton commented.

The 34-year old mother-to-be has been a point of pride for Bill and Hillary Clinton, from her earliest days at the White House when the press made fun of her looks during her geeky years as a young teenager. Chelsea Clinton took the sniping in stride, offering an early glimpse of a poised, confident person who would attend Stanford University, graduate with high honors, get a masters in International Relations at Oxford and subsequently earn a Master of Public Health degree from Columbia University. She is working on her Ph.D.

Chelsea is married to Marc Mezvinsky, an investment banker. They own a $10.5 million condo on Madison Square Park in Manhattan’s Flatiron District. Now the question is, which private school will the baby attend?
