Custer's Revenge (1982)
This incredibly tasteless game by so-called "erotic" publisher Mystique tasked the player to take control of an 8-bit General Custer and force themselves onto a visibly bound native american woman, while dodging flying arrows. Needless to say, reactions were not positive.
