Thrill Kill (1999)
This four-player fighting game was cancelled a few weeks prior to its release due to its publisher, EA, not wanting to publish a "senselessly violent game." After it was leaked onto the internet essentially at 99% completion, it was revealed that it contained scenes of cannibalism, BDSM themes, and a "finishing move" that involved a character ripping off his arm and beating his opponent to death with it.
