These strange Taiwanese relics from the 1970s, now known as the Sanzhi UFO houses, were intended to be sold off to U.S. military officers. But after a series of injuries, suicides, and workplace accidents (all blamed on "supernatural influences"), the project was abandoned. In 2010, they were demolished to make way for a water park.
